Our credit recovery service has three stages:

1° Stage

• Credit check
• Registered letter bringing a default action against the debtor

• Direct contact with the debtor for a relatively quick, amicable settlement of the debt

2° Stage

• Another attempt at out-of-court settlement via a repayment plan agreed with the debtor

3° Stage

• Review of the situation to consider the most suitable action to take

• If necessary, deposition of the appropriate legal documents with the court of jurisdiction

The fee for our debt recovery service is 10% + VAT based on the sum recovered.
